This award is intended for the author(s) of the paper presented at the ICPE conference 10 years ago prior that is judged to have had the most influence on the theory or practice, both in science and industry, on performance engineering during the time since its original publication. The award is jointly sponsored by ACM and SPEC and selected by a committee of at least 11 members managing their conflicts of interests carefully.
